Report All Nodes

Key Report All Nodes in Model[Simulation] refers to an optional boolean that controls whether all time nodes involved in the scenarios specified in Reported Scenarios are reported or not.
Default is FALSE in which case only time nodes are reported at which some condition is evaluated and/or some payoff amount is calculated and/or a dividend is paid.
A TRUE setting leads to the report of all time nodes including those that are actually skipped during the valuation algorithm as a sideeffect of prior triggered events.
